8. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

10. "REFER A FRIEND" PROGRAM
10.1 The referrer receives a discount reward after the referred friend places a valid first order.
10.2 The referred friend must be a new customer, over 18 years old, and meet the eligibility requirements.
10.3 Rewards are non-transferable, non-combinable and valid for 6 months.
10.4 Misuse of the programme will result in disqualification.
11. LIABILITY

11.2 We shall not be liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, or consequential damages.
