Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Returns are free in mainland Portugal. For other destinations, the customer is responsible for the costs, except in the case of a defect.
Can I return personalised products?
No. Personalised or custom-made products are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
What is the return period?
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return non-personalised items, provided they have not been used and are in their original packaging.
How can I return an item?
If you are a registered customer, go to your customer area and click on ‘Returns’. If you are not a registered customer, send an email to customercare@torreuomo.com with your order number. You will receive instructions and, if applicable, a free return label (in mainland UK).
