These Terms and Conditions govern all sales and interactions made through our website by consumers in the United Kingdom. By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
1.DEFINITIONS
1.1. “Contract” refers to the agreement entered into between the customer and TORRE UK Ltd for the purchase of goods and/or services.
1.2. “Conditions” refers to these Terms and Conditions, including our Returns Policy and any other policies referred to in this document.
1.3. “Products” refers to the goods and/or services made available for purchase through our website.
1.4. “Business Days” means Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding public holidays.
1.5. “We”, “Us” or “Our” refers to TORRE UK Ltd.
1.6. “Customer” or “You” refers to the consumer who places an order through our website.
2.BASIS OF THE CONTRACT
2.1. These Conditions apply to all orders placed through our website.
2.2. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the Products are purchased for personal use and not for resale.
2.3. These Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and TORRE UK Ltd in relation to your purchase and supersede any previous terms or communications.
2.4. Nothing in these Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
3.PRODUCTS, PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
3.1. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and availability are accurate and up to date.
3.2. Product colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, display or device.
3.3. All Products are subject to availability.
3.4. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing, product information or availability.
3.5. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you as soon as possible. Where appropriate, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
4.ORDERS
4.1. You must provide accurate and complete details when placing an order.
4.2. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
4.3. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order where we suspect fraud, misuse, resale activity, incorrect information or unauthorised use of payment details.
4.4. Once your order has been accepted, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
4.5. If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may contact us as soon as possible at customercare@torreuomo.com to request a modification or cancellation. Once dispatched, orders cannot usually be modified or cancelled.
5.PAYMENT
5.1. We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal and Klarna.
5.2. All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment systems.
5.3. Payment must be completed before your order is processed.
5.4. Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively.
6.DELIVERY
6.1. Delivery options, costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.
6.2. For mainland UK, delivery is free for orders over £150. For orders under £150, a delivery charge of £5.95 applies.
6.3. For destinations outside mainland UK, delivery is free for orders over £150. For orders under £150, a delivery charge of £10.95 applies.
6.4. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Mainland UK: 3–5 Business Days;
Outside mainland UK: 3–6 Business Days.
6.5. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, customs procedures, weather conditions or incorrect delivery details.
6.6. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
6.7. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt another delivery or leave instructions for collection at an authorised collection point.
6.8. You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is complete and accurate.
7.CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
7.1. You have the right to return eligible items within 14 days after receiving your order, provided that the items are unused and in their original packaging.
7.2. To return an item, registered customers should log in to their customer account and access the “Returns” section. Non-registered customers should contact us at customercare@torreuomo.com with their order number.
7.3. Returns are free within mainland UK. For all other destinations, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty.
7.4. Once your return request has been reviewed, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a free return label.
7.5. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, once the returned item has been received and checked.
7.6. Items must be returned unused, undamaged and, where possible, in their original packaging.
7.7. We reserve the right to refuse a return where the item shows signs of use, damage, alteration or where the return conditions are not met.
7.8. This returns policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
8.PERSONALISED AND MADE-TO-MEASURE PRODUCTS
8.1. Personalised, customised or made-to-measure Products are made specifically for you and are not eligible for return or exchange, except where they are faulty, defective or not made in accordance with the agreed specifications.
8.2. If you believe that a personalised or made-to-measure Product has a defect, production error or fit issue caused by a manufacturing fault, you must contact us at customercare@torreuomo.com as soon as possible.
8.3. We may request photographs, measurements or other information to assess the issue.
8.4. A technical review will be carried out. If a production error, defect or non-conformity is confirmed, we may offer alterations, a partial refund or the production of a replacement item, where appropriate.
8.5. Small alterations may be carried out locally where agreed in advance with our customer care team. Any reimbursement for tailoring costs must be approved by us before the alteration is made.
9.FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
9.1. If you believe a Product is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, please contact us as soon as possible at customercare@torreuomo.com.
9.2. We may ask you to provide photographs or other evidence to help us assess the issue.
9.3. Where a fault or defect is confirmed, we may offer a repair, replacement, refund or other appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
9.4. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
10.PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
10.1. Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively.
10.2. Discount codes are single-use, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash, unless otherwise stated.
10.3. Discount codes may be restricted to specific products, categories, channels, customer groups or promotional periods.
10.4. Only one discount code may be used per order, unless otherwise stated.
10.5. In the case of returns, any refund will reflect the amount actually paid after the discount was applied.
10.6. We reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw promotions at any time.
11.“REFER A FRIEND” PROGRAMME
11.1. The referrer receives a discount reward after the referred friend places a valid first order.
11.2. The referred friend must be a new customer, over 18 years old and meet the eligibility requirements of the programme.
11.3. Rewards are personal, non-transferable, non-combinable and valid for 6 months, unless otherwise stated.
11.4. Misuse, fraud or abuse of the programme may result in disqualification and cancellation of rewards.
12.CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
12.1. Creating a customer account is not mandatory for standard purchases.
12.2. Creating a customer account may allow you to view your order history, manage returns and save measurements or preferences.
12.3. Creating a customer account may be required when purchasing personalised or made-to-measure Products.
12.4. You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure.
13.PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
13.1. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13.2. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
14.1. All content on our website, including images, text, graphics, logos, product names, designs and layout, is owned by or licensed to TORRE UK Ltd.
14.2. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use any website content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
15.LIABILITY
15.1. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
15.2. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
15.3. We are not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of business or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or Products, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.
15.4. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
16.CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
16.1. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
16.2. Any changes will be posted on our website.
16.3. The Terms and Conditions in force at the time you place your order will apply to that order.
17.APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
17.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
17.2. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from purchases made through our website will be submitted to the competent courts of the United Kingdom.
